Description: The base of this beer was brewed in December 2015 with Organic Suffolk Malt and a small amount of Suffolk Hops. It is fermented only with locally gathered wild yeast and bacteria. In the summer (2016) it was tasted and we thought the flavour of our locally picked elderflower would complement the beers’ slight sourness, restrained funk and reasonably sweet character. Only 500 bottles are available.
