Description: Every September the hedgerows surrounding the brewery burst with wild hops & a variety of wild fruits and berries. This year we took 4 barrels of sour saison and aged them separately on different fruits to be blended before packaging. First with plums, then damsons, then elderberries and the final barrel with wild hops. They were then blended together before bottling to create a rosy pink deliciously tart sour saison with a sharp fruitiness, rounded off by the earthy tones of the wild hops!
