Description: MALT: Pilsner, Wheat HOPS: Hersbrucker, Perle YEAST: K97. ALLERGENS: Barley, Wheat, Gluten Unfined beer suitable for vegetarians and vegans Our take on the Kölsch style from Cologne. We use a very simple malt bill and light hop additions which add some floral and spice notes. We then ferment with Kölsch yeast and lager the beer to produce a beer that is light, dry, crisp and very refreshing.
