Description: Stemming from an unexpected loss of power in 2008, our WTF series turned what was originally to be Polestar Pilsner into a 5 year sour barrel series. After adding 4 year old Styrian Golding hops to the franken-mash, we racked the beer in 6 oak barrels and inoculated them with Belgian Sour Mix. Flash forward 5 years later, and we have tapped barrel #4. WTF #4 has a lot of fruity character including; pear, strawberry, kiwi balanced by oak notes and an pleasant oaky finish.
