Description: Portland Pale Project #24; every pale ale we brew will be a different pale ale, some experimental, some old favorites, some just for fun! Golden Ticket Pale Ale is a light, sessionable pale ale. With this Pale ale we tweaked our Golden Ale recipe, we kept the grain bill simple, and used some flaked oats and wheat along with a small amount of light crystal malt for a nice light, creamy body. We really wanted to try out some new hops that we thought would be great in a light pale ale. We used some Meridian hops which are floral with hints of berry and tropical fruits along with an experimental hop from Idaho that is along the lines of a Cascade hop, floral with hints of citrus. We are really excited to try out this super sessionable pale ale
