Description: For our collaboration with Smittox Brewing we tried to have a little fun. We took a classic pilsner recipe and gave it a generous addition of all New Zealand hops. Montueka, Riwaka, and Nelson Sauvin all give this crushable lager an amazingly tropical and citrus fruit aroma and flavor. We also made this beer with thilolized lager yeast. This yeast gives us maximum thilol production during fermentation. Thilols are aromatic compounds. And this yeast is bursting with grapefruit and passion fruit thilols.
