Description: Here’s a tasty beer from our guy Colin. He’s one of the brewers here. This beer is a Dunkelweizen, inspired by the many boots of the stuff Colin drank at his favorite bar back in the day. It pours hazy dark brown with the fine khaki head releasing roasted malt, banana, and mild clove aromas reminiscent of fresh-baked banana bread. The lean, easy-drinking body is malt-forward with caramel, roasted malt, and chocolate flavors, followed by banana and clove notes from the German Hefeweizen yeast, then finishes clean and semi-dry.
