Description: 日本ではなぜだか黒いビールに対する関心が低いようです。スタウト、ポーター、ダークラガーなど黒い色をしたビールは数種類あるのに、残念なこともに全部が「黒ビール」と一括りにされてしまっていることからも、それがうかがい知れます。こういったビールは、実のところみんなが慣れ親しんでいるコーヒーやチョコような味わいを持っているのに！ということで、そんなイメージを覆してみたいと考えて、「黒潮の如く」を作りました。黒色麦芽由来のロースト感とベルギー酵母由来のフルーツ感がうまくまとまっていて、アルコール度数を上回る深い味わいのする飲み飽きしないスタウトです。 For some strange reason, dark beer in Japan is generally looked down upon. Stouts, porters, dark lagers... even though each one is unique in style, they are all lumped together under the moniker "black beer", which many people find unappealing. This is unusual considering the fact they often have rich flavours of chocolate and coffee, both of which are immensely popular here. We hope Kuroshio no Gotoku ('like the Black Tide') can help to redefine that image.
