Description: "Philosophy of Art" is an Unfiltered Wild Ale that began its journey as a rustic Saison, brewed in the summer of 2019. We then aged this delicate ale for over two years in Pinot Noir barrels from Navarro Vineyards and Chardonnay barrels from Husch Vineyards, both located in the rural Anderson Valley of Northern California. We then refermented the blended beer with 400 pounds of fresh blueberries for 10 months. We proceeded to bottle condition the final product until it achieved a balanced carbonation. The result is a complex, acidic ale that encourages one follow their intuition. Bite sized prints also available. Think blueberry yogurt, blackberry scones, and peach marmalade.
