Description: "Maple Steam" is an Unfiltered Imperial English Stout brewed with Vermont Maple Syrup. Built upon a rich base of English roasted malts, we added a small addition of East Kent Goldings and Columbus hops for balance. This "steam" was then conditioned on Cocoa nibs and Madagascar vanilla beans. Think sugar shacks, maple pancakes, and New England foliage.
