Description: Cold Cuts & Cannolis is an Unfiltered DIPA brewed with a fluffy base of white wheat, flaked oats, and honey malt. We intensely kettle-hopped these subs with Mosaic, then added multiple dry hop charges of Citra, Motueka, a touch of Riwaka. Then, we finished it all off with a dash of vanilla for good measure. Think Jersey Delis, Gabagool, and Prosciutto de Parma... Marone!
