Description: An unfiltered hazy ale brewed with pilsner and wheat malts and two hops, primarily Amarillo but also some Sorachi Ace for additional secondary “hidden” aroma. Orange peel from Singapore was added at the end of the boil for colour and zest, whilst a lot of Japanese sweet orange peel was added using dry hopping style techniques to add extra juicy orange flavours.
