Brewed by inspiration of the history of fisher girl "Amanda" from Kerteminde. She was, as the beer is beautiful in shape, beautiful in color, fresh in mind and mild in nature. Estimates light golden ale, mild hoppy with a fresh scent and light flavor of citrus and herbs. Enjoyed as well as welcome drink, alone or with light bright dishes. Should be served at 4-6 degrees.
