Description: Aoltbeer is the historic beer of Münster. The base beer matured for 4 months in red wine barrels. To this small batch no. 07-2022 we have added organically grown Pinot Noir pomace from the Mosel valley. After 2 months of maceration in the beer, we pressed the concoction and let the beer mature in Port Wine barrels for another 6 months.
