Description: Whole Leaf Magic is our 7.9% Imperial IPA brewed with all whole leaf hops. It has a simple base of Golden Promise and malted oats. We ran the wort through a hop back of whole leaf Citra and Mosaic hops then recirculated the finished beer through several rounds of both varieties of whole leafs hops. Whole Leaf Magic is a balanced IPA with a unique hop flavor and mouth feel from the use of whole leaf hops.
