Description: Remember a certain Super Bowl ad that wasn’t too nice to craft brewers? Well, here’s your pumpkin peach ale to dissect and fuss over. Unlike that company, no actual wood was used in the making of this beer, but we did let Lactobacillus run wild in the wort for 48 hours, leaving a clean tartness. Pumpkin added some starch and mouthfeel, while the peaches counter the tartness with pleasant sweetness. We brewed this one the hard way, and we are proudly a micro brewery.
