Description: This beer is part of a collaboration between Jopen, De Prael and Emelisse. All three of these breweries have brewed a bock beer with nuts. Jopen with chestnuts, Prael with almonds and Emelisse with hazelnuts. These beers are exclusively sold by the Mitra chain as three-packs. Smooth and slightly sweet malty flavour with a nutty finish. Floral aroma because of the use of chestnut honey. This chestnut bock beer is much milder than Jopen 4-grain bock, which contains more roasted malt that makes it stronger. It is more in the smooth and malty style of German bock beers.
