Description: The culprit behind the Salem Witch Trials was not the demonic possession (which would have been kind of cool), but ergot infected rye. The rye malt and aromatic hops in this beer aren't likely to transform you into a witch, but maybe they'll inspire you to think about your own transformation - perhaps into an individual; a free thinker; someone who speaks their mind and follows their dreams. Personally, we'd go with transforming into an army of flying viking bears, but what do we know? Ingredients: hill country well water, malted barley, malted rye, hops, farmhouse, yeast, native yeast and souring bacteria from the Texas hill country. Bottled 5-23-2016
