Description: Noble King is one of our earliest beers, and one of the best representations of our brewing philosophy. It features an abundance of organic Perle and Fuggle hops from The Oregon Hophouse, which are known for earthy, spicy, herbal flavors and aromas. Brewed with well water from the Trinity Aquifer, Texas malted barley and wheat from TexMalt, and Perle and Fuggle hops. Fermented in stainless steel with Jester King mixed culture. Dry hopped with more Perle and Fuggle. Naturally conditioned through refermentation in the bottle/keg. Packaged on 09/30/21. 6.1% abv.
