Description: Atrial Rubicite is our barrel-aged wild ale re-fermented with raspberries. Originally released in 2013, it's our first-ever fruit beer. The process behind Atrial Rubicite is simple but patient. We brew with well water, Texas-grown malted grains, and a blend of fresh and aged hops, then ferment with our mixed culture of brewers yeast and native yeast. We barrel-age for about a year, re-ferment with about seven pounds per gallon of raspberries from Washington, and then naturally condition.
