Description: This beer is fermented with the same wild yeast from local blueberries as our Myles X Saison. The yeast went a little crazy at the end and soured the beer more than it did in the saison. The hops include lots of homegrown cascade from several friends of IndieFerm. But what you really get is the dry hop additions of citra and mosaic which play nicely with the tartness from the wild yeast. Draft only.
