Description: Saison style beer fermented using only wild yeast from local Plymouth blueberries. There are no blueberries in the beer, just yeast from the skins. Same malt bill as our regular saison with a bit less hops. The yeast make a slightly tart dry beer. Some people say they taste the blueberries. No blueberry juice or extract in this beer, just the natural yeast.
