Description: This is a medium sweet style of Perry which is made from a selection of pear varieties. The pears are crushed and pressed then cool fermented to retain fresh aromatics. The ferment is stopped with some residual sugar left in the Perry. The perry is then sterile filtered and bottled with light carbonation. This perry has lovely funky pear aromatics on the nose, whilst the palate is rich and creamy with light effervescence.
