Description: For Whoops we got a chance to experiment with a new hop we had never brewed with before, Eureka. The hop gives off a bigger dank and herbal quality with hints of dark fruits. We countered some of those more savory notes with the tropical intensity of Citra. We built a light flavored, but protein heavy malt bill to give the beer a nice mouthfeel to accent the hops. Beer!!
