Description: Just before the pandemic, Bob, Keenan, and Josh went to a camping trip & festival in Arizona. On a hike during the trip, they found some stray branches from an Ancient Cypress tree. On those branches, they noticed active yeast, so they brought the branches back home and used the yeast for the rustic saison they were inspired to brew. This beer lives up to its name as a true result of a passionate team using a philosophy of love to create a beer based on their surroundings, shared experiences, and place in the world. A great, light yet complex, rustic saison with some wonderful gin and wine qualities picked up from the time in barrel.
