Description: In one week’s time Eric Mendoza brewed his first recipe with us AND ran his first 26 mile marathon. We thus present to you, Mr. Marathon! This saison is a nice departure for us, featuring a little more malt character with warming, toasty rye, vienna, and melanoidin malts. We used a little bit of new school hops in the kettle for complexity, but all in all this beer is driven by the spicy complexity of saison yeast fermentation. Hope you enjoy!
