Description: Asheville Brewing and Highland Brewing Company teamed up on March 6th for Big Boots Brew Day benefiting Pink Boots Society North Carolina. Leah Tyrell with Asheville Brewing, and Hollie Stephenson with Highland Brewing, and a wonderful group of WNC industry women, brewed the Pink Boots Apricot Gose. This tart and refreshing gose releases April 8th in Highland's Tasting Room and Asheville Brewing's Merrimon and Coxe Avenue locaitons. $1 per pour will be donated to the Pink Boots Society! Pink Boots Apricot Gose is a delicately tart brew, boiled with Azacca hops, coriander seeds & pink Himalayan sea salt. To compliment tartness from the lactobacillus, we then added apricot puree to the actively fermenting beer. This gose is classy, yet crush-able at 3.2% ABV, finishing dry with hints of apricot.
