Description: Shining so bright that the light flips. Black as the "gold" at the center of the earth. Concentrated Sunshine is an Imperial India Black Ale brewed with Spelt, Chocolate Malt and Flaked Barley and hopped throughout with Mosaic and Citra. This big dark ale brings notes of mellow roast, sweet toast, pungent earth, and cedar followed by some orange jam and suppressed berry. We took the sunshine and concentrated it down until we could pour it in your glass. Cheers!
