The first sip does offer a sweet & fruity, citrus-like, sensation transcending in a bittersweet aftertaste of grapefruit & hops (challenger, cascade and amarillo or with Sorachi ace for the Japan special Edition). Serves well with both fish and meat. (Brewed according our own recipee at De Graal)
