Description: WOKE UP LIKE THIS y’all! In this crazy world, it’s easy to forget to be thankful for the little things. Things are easy to overlook, especially things too small to be seen by the human eye. At HenHouse, we’re thankful for all the microbes that make our jobs possible. Brewing yeast is the hero of every brewery but it’s lactobacillus bacteria sourced from Clover Stornetta that makes our Gose go. We let the wort for this beer sour overnight in the boil kettle and then it moves on to a fermenter and meets brewing yeast in the morning. It’s the lactobacillus that woke up this flawless. The good bacteria. This little lactic acid-secreting creature makes this beer possible and we’re grateful to have it on our team making it look easy. Mosaic hops give your nose something to sniff and a dash of sea salt provides just enough salinity to complete the experience. It's cool as a cucumber and vaguely reminiscent of lemonade. Personally, I'm thankful I've got lacto in my kettle, swag.
