Description: In our efforts to remain local with our roots, what better way to herald "apple country" than to produce an Apple Mead (cyser, for those curious about the technical term). This mead begins life with the same amazing raw NY honey that is used to craft Heritage. We then use Indian Ladder Farms cider exclusively for this mead. The result is an Apple Mead that is earthy and organic but still crisp and fresh tasting with a harmonious balance of apples and honey.
