Description: A Belgian style 'farmhouse' beer, made from a grist combination of Pilsner, Wheat and Munich style malts. Fermented with an authentic Saison yeast and left unfiltered, the appearance is true to style and deliberately cloudy. A liberal dose of Not Your Grandma's Rosé, a blend of Grenache and Mourverdre from the Barossa Valley, was added at the end of fermentation with the final result a tart, complex fruit palate with hints of Rosé throughout, and a dry, thirst quenching finish.
