The Citra and Mosaic hops give Cordelia wonderful flavours and aromas of Tangerine, Passionfruit, and Grapefruit. To add an even definite citrussy flavour, 84 pounds of real Grapefruit were added post fermentation. Cordelia is brewed to 7% ABV and 78 IBUs.
