Description: This Double IPA is collaboration with our good friend and brewing buddy Ben Spencer, previously of Magnolia Brewing Company. This one is all about the hops with over 4lbs per barrel including Herkules, Southern Cross, Eldorado, Equinox, Idaho 7, Simcoe, Citra and Mosaic hops for a blast of tropical fruit, pine and citrus. Followed up with a prodigious amount of Rye, Cara Red and Vienna malts for a lightly sweet and toasty malt background that plays nice with all those hop tropical, fruit and pine flavors.
