Description: This IPA is a collaboration with our good friend Roger Lind. We decided on an old school malt bill with a new school hopping regimen. It has a prodigious malt backbone with a slight biscuit toast from the use of Vienna, Melonoidin, Medium Crystal and Carafa malts. A mélange of U.S., New Zealand and South African hops give this one a piney, fruity, spicy and grassy hoppiness. Old School meets New School in an IPA for your taste buds to enjoy.
