Description: Sour Gluhbier with Dark Cherries, Orange Zest & A Hint of Clove. 7.0%. 355 ml. Pulsar is the second beer of our winter warming sour releases, in which it shares a base recipe with Quasar. Where Quasar was spiced with Habanero for its heat, Pulsar on the other hand is a sour “Glühbier”, which is intended to be served hot (65°C). This beer was brewed with Dark Cherries, Orange Zest and a hint of Clove. It is warm and comforting for this cold weather. We also encourage getting creative by adding your own spices (cinnamon, extra clove, etc).
