Description: Mixed culture beer with fruit, vanilla bean and granola. We spent seven months adding, blending, and tasting our way to this beer. It began as a barrel aged hefeweizen that was refermented on freeze dried blueberries, strawberries and bananas, and conditioned atop Madagascar vanilla beans. Our head chef cooked up 50# of house granola for a final steep (because of honey used in the granola, this beer is not vegan).
