Description: We have taken our Bourbon Barrel Stout and infused it with Rasberry puree and cocoa nibs to create a beer that tastes much like a rasberry chocolate truffle. The smell and taste of this beer is very reminiscent of a liquor filled rasberry chocolate. Bourbon and stout are still the base flavors of this beer however, a pint of this will make you think you just got a box of chocolates in a pint glass!
