Description: DDH West Coast IPA w/ Citra & Nelson collab w/ @northparkbeerco // We had the absolute pleasure of brewing again with one of our favorite pallys, Kelsey McNair of North Park Beer Co! He took the reins on this one, making his take on West Coast IPA that he’s made famous out of his brewpub in San Diego. What about the taste? Well, this thing is just saturated with hops from sniff to sip, lovingly bracing every little crevice of your palate with a wide range of intense fruit character. Think Dole Whip, POG juice, Grapefruit zest, NZ Sauv Blanc, and then just a lil dab of the Devil’s Lettuce in the linger.
