Description: "A few years ago, our pals at The Only Cafe brewed a beer to celebrate their 30th anniversary. We wanted to come up with something that was a pure, classic, traditional beer style, but then we got to thinking... OVERTHINKING. So, for OUR 30th anniversary, we decided to call up our Only Cafe buddies, and brew it again. We've submitted the style to be included in the BJCP guidelines. We're still waiting to hear back.”
