Description: Princess Peach is a single 2 year-old barrel, and while we don’t typically release unblended beer, we felt this one was unique and deserved its own bottling. The 2018 coolship batch it came from was extremely expressive, and this barrel’s neighbors in the stacks have been used as components of this year’s upcoming Perzik, Bière de Coupage, Pruim, El Dorado, and more. However, this single barrel stood out as being exceptionally fruity, and we all thought it tasted like it had apricots or white peaches in it even though it was entirely unfruited. Hence the name Princess Peach was born, and it was bottled straight. As a last allusion to the beloved character, we printed her likeness on the labels using a 20 year-old Game Boy Printer.
