Description: German American Dopplebock. Imagine flying about in a Texas night sky where reverberating sounds are colors and shapes are motion. Take a sip and experience the kaleidoscoping flavors of echolocation as mouthfuls of Munich malts meet layer upon layer of American hops. The first of the handful lagers we brew, we take the a traditional German style, wrap it up in an American flag and douse it with humulus lupulus for a balanced hop presence even a Münchener could respect. You could age this one to let the hop character fade away… if you were lame! Drink this one fresh and enjoy the hops, ya’ dummkopf!
