Description: This collaboration saison with Steel String Brewery (Carrboro, NC) was aged in wine barrels with locally foraged Kousa Dogwood berries from the late summer 2017 harvest. Notes of apricot, Japanese honeysuckle nectar, subtle vanilla oak, solar eclipse sunshine and darkness, stonefruit flesh, and a very dry, rustic finish.
