Description: We decided to have a Belgian-style dubbel as a year round brew because we wanted to accent beer traditions through a genuine and accessible style. Genesis Belgian Dubbel is simple, sophisticated, and challenging. For our Second Anniversary we decided to create four barrel aged Genesis Belgian-style Dubbels, each representing a pillar necessary for success. Plod: The finicky and challenging characteristics of the Pinot Noir grape require constant perseverance to fully develop the fruity, floral, and earthy flavors of this usually stand alone varietal.
