Description: For a long time Andrew has been deciding and playing around with what style of beer he wanted to use Epiphany Craft Malts (of Durham, NC) for as a 'celebrated' beginning with Four Saints. One day, Andrew had his own epiphany that we needed to have a dopplebock in our fermenters. It was the eureka moment he had been waiting for and now we get to enjoy the beer made from local malts and Ayinger yeast. Full bodied, quite malty, and with a bit of a toasty edge to it, this will hopefully lead you to your own moment of brilliance.
