It is perhaps a little more exciting, thanks in part to the bourbon which adds character and complexity. But this is a Clatsop Mule, a strong barrel aged beer dressed up as a cocktail. The big but simple malt bill really soaks up the bourbon flavor from the barrels, putting it on center stage.
