Description: Not So Oud Bruin is a 6.3% sour beer, in the Flanders brown style, with a bit of tart cranberry juice to finish it off. The London Homebrewers Guild, ran their national LHG 2015 Homebrew Competition, and the best of show was Nathan Medeiros' Oud Bruin and this is his recipe. Nate was able to join us to brew his beer with us. It was a fun time, we hope you enjoy the beer.
