Description: The Tourist V (Blood Orange, Passion Fruit & Soursop) Our tourist came back from the tropics and brought some flair to add to this refreshingly tart beer. The Tourist IV (Tamarind Berliner Weisse): Fresh from a trip to Thailand, our favorite Tourist brought back some tamarind for us all to try. The Tourist III (Plum Berliner Weisse): Our favorite camera strapping visitor is once again ready to share with us a fine tart Berliner Weisse, brewed with fresh summer plums. The Tourist II (Pear Berliner Weiss): This refreshing ale clocks in at 3.5% abv and is made using pilsner, 2-row, and wheat malt. The beer was then aged over d'anjou and seckle pears. The pears natural sweetness blends well with the tart character of this beer. The Tourist I (Cranberry) The Tourist is a refreshingly tart, light bodied, cranberry Berliner Weisse. New Jersey cranberries are added during secondary fermentation.
