Description: 2021 Release: Brewed with: Ekuanot & Citra This beer is a union of a Belgian Wit and an American IPA. Mr. Watson is brewed and dry hopped with Ekuanot & Citra. It has a taste and aroma of grapefruit and honey dew melon, with a soft mouthfeel and right at the end there is a hint of a dry bitterness reminiscent of citrus rinds. 2020 Release: White IPA w/orange peel & dry hopped with Citra & Hallertau Blanc for a fruity and dry finish. Fermented with a Belgian ale strain.
