Description: You might call Poor Yorick a dark mild, you also might not. We don’t call it much of anything aside from one of our favorites. It’s brewed with Maris Otter and a thoughtful blend of dark British malts, and gently hopped with Fuggles. It has notes of homemade chocolate candies, a caramel apple, being close to someone drinking coffee, dried dates, a whiff of vanilla sugar, and some nice dark bread.
